Flair Espresso Makers
The Flair Espresso Maker’s Standard Press Stand and all Brewing Cylinders are warranted against functional defects for five (5) years from the purchase date, when used in accordance with all operating instructions. The Flair 58 Press Stand is warranted against functional defects for a further five (5) years, ten (10 years total), when used in accordance with all operating and safety instructions. Parts that are more subject to normal wear and tear, such as O-rings, Silicone Sleeve, Piston, Pressure Gauge and Portafilter are warranted against defects in material, design or workmanship for six (6) months from the purchase date, although these items are expected to last beyond the warranty. The electrical components of the Preheat System of the Flair 58 are warranted against functional defects for two (2) years from the purchase date, again when used in accordance with all operating and safety instructions.
Flair Royal Grinder
The Royal Grinder’s aluminum structure and steel burrs are warranted against functional defects for five (5) years from the purchase date, when used in accordance with all operating instructions. All other parts of the Royal Grinder are warranted against functional defects for one (1) year from the purchase date. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, and is voided if the grinder is used outside of operating instructions, is used to grind any material other than roasted coffee beans, or is made wet or exposed to heat about 120 F (50 C).
Proof of purchase is required to validate the warranty period.
The warranty applies only when the product and parts are used in accordance with all operating instructions. The warranty becomes void if the product or parts are modified, abused or improperly used, damaged by accident or neglect, or if any parts are improperly installed.

All defective product claims will be handled on an individual basis by our team that will ask you to describe the problem and request for photos and videos if necessary. Unless otherwise instructed by us, the defective part must be returned before the replacement part is sent. Customers are liable for shipping costs. Pick up is also available by schedule.
Manila Espresso makes no other warranties, express or implied, and specifically excludes warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Manila Espresso shall not be responsible for any damages or personal injuries, whether incidental or consequential, or claims for such damages based on any legal theory, which may occur while using this product.
